Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship it back to me and cover postage cost (unless item is faulty). Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Customised Items: 

A custom order is anything customised, tailor made or altered to suit you. This includes custom sizes. Unless I have made a mistake with your order (wrong fabric or size) I do not accept refunds or exchanges.  These orders are exempt from the distance selling regulations in relation to 'change of mind'. This is because the item has been made especially tailor for you i.e. I have received specific instruction from you to customise an item. Please be mindful of this when you order and always check the size guide and current timescales. 


Refunds
I will notify you once i've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
